WEDNESDAYS 6:30 pm
Our church family gathers for a season of prayer ►Prayer Guide

Be ready to put on the Full Armor of God
For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God's armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God's righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Ephesians 6:12-17 (NLT)

Be ready to pray in the Spirit
Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere. Ephesians 6:18 (NLT)

Be ready to Live a life Filled with the Spirit
But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23 (ESV)

Be ready to Live in Obedience to Christ
...but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God is perfected. By this we may know that we are in him: whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked. 1 John 2:5-6 (ESV)
So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32 (ESV)

SERVICE is an important part of our Ministry at El Camino Baptist Church.

What Happens When We Serve: Giving yourself to ministry and service will not only impact the lives of the ones you are serving, but it will also have a drastic impact on YOU as well. As we give ourselves to the Lord in service we become partners with God in His plans and purposes. As partners, we become more tuned to God’s passion and the building of His Kingdom. What could be more exciting than this? Join Him at Serving at El Camino. Praise the Lord!

How Can I Get Involved? Our Ministry leaders are ready to talk to you.

YOUR GIFTS COUNT

What Happens When I Give?

Have you discovered that being made in the image of Godmeans that you were created to resemble Him. (Ephesians 5:1-2)
GOD IS LOVE, SO WE LOVE.
GOD IS KIND, SO WE SHOW KINDNESS.
GOD GIVES, SO WE ARE CALLED
TO BE GENEROUS.

How generous is God?
HE GAVE US HIS ONLY SON with the promise that we have eternal life and this life in all its fullness is found in Him. (John 3:16, 10:10)

How awesome it is to know that when God created us He imprinted on our soul His generous nature. And when we give, we do more than meet the needs of our church, we make a choice to imitate our God who gave us life and fulfill the divine purpose He has for our life – not just to support a need but to fulfil a deeper purpose; a heart of generosity. (2 Corinthians 3:19, Philemon 1:9) (excerpt) Giving Rocket “What Happens When We Give”

We are thankful for your expression of kindness & generosity with the gifts that you give to support our ministries.
