Sunday's Message, January 8, 2017

Submit in The Family

Satan hates our families!
He’ll do whatever he can to destroy them.
He’ll use society, entertainment, government, schools, churches and even our good intentions.

We must pray that Satan will be
bound from our precious families!

One thing that Satan doesn’t understand is submission.  He’s sought to exalt himself above God, and he had a great fall.  Misery loves company, so he seeks to bring us all down with him.  If he can get to our families, he can get to all of us.

The key to victory over him is submission to God
and to each other.

This Sunday I’ll be preaching on, “Submit in the Family,” from Ephesians 5:21-6:4.  We’ll find practical and spiritual ways to build strong families.  Please immerse this sermon in prayer and bring everyone you can so that together we can become the church family and the biological families that God wants us to be.

Let me know if I can do anything for you and your family.

With love in Christ,
Dr. Jim Meek
