JOIN THE THANKSGIVING CHOIR

Whitney Houston grew up in New Hope Baptist Church. At the age of 5 she was singing in the Children’s Choir. At the age of 12 she sang her first solo, “Guide Me O Thou Great Jehovah.” After that she told her mother that she wanted to be a professional singer.
She had the best-selling debut album by a soloist of all time, the best-selling movie soundtrack of all time and best-selling gospel record of all time. “Rolling Stone” magazine called her the second greatest singer of all time.
Whitney became a Christian at age 12. When she toured, she made sure that at least one song in every performance was a gospel song. In her last public appearance, she sang “Jesus Loves Me.” Now she’s singing in the heavenly choir!
Sunday I’m preaching on “Join the Thanksgiving Choir” from Revelation 7:9-17. We’ll look at “Join Those Who Go Through Tribulation,” verses 9-14; and “Let Jesus Be Your Leader,” verses 15-17. Please come to sing, pray, fellowship and learn with us!
